FallenRoughneck.com is an online based organization to give immediate support to oilfield workers nationwide who have been hurt on the job through no fault of their own, or have been struck by a natural disaster. Once selected through nomination, and confirmation it will be our goal to confer assistance within 48-72 hours. This "on the spot" type of assistance will give the best opportunity for family to remain stable during, and after an accident.
We are an organization of volunteers who donate our time and resources to help those who face a desperate need. We are servicing the immediate needs of families through private donations at this time.
Our Directors receive no compensation for their expertise nor are any of the groups overhead expenses currently paid from donations received. We chose an online based structure to keep overhead at a minimum and use the internet to facilitate our message.

Assistance
Once a nomination or application has been forwarded to the chairman, an online or telephone conference will be conducted and after covering applicant details a simple yes or no vote will be recorded. When confirmed the committee will determine a percentage of weekly income we will award based on the type of accident, and the severity of the incapacitation or loss in cases of a natural disaster. Once approved, an immediate payment will be forwarded to the injured party.
Our goal is to keep our costs low with an online based operation to eliminate overhead, thus allowing us to maximize the effect of distributed gifts.
Individual and corporate members are encouraged to join us in supporting our Oilfield Industry by donation of resources, usable materials, and products. As an organization we will hold in trust and distribute these resources to those who have been selected by a committee to receive assistance.
