Assistance guidelines:
1.Must be employed in the oilfield industry.
2.Injured or suffered a major financial loss through no fault of your own.
3. Work related, or natural disaster losses only. Car accidents , and sudden illness qualify.
4. All info will be verified before forwarded to selection committee
5. This is an immediate need program, and makes ONE TIME donations to the injured party.
You must withdraw your application and inform us if private insurance or your employer begins to compensate you. This includes Workmans Compensation.
6. We require documentation to substantiate your claim.
